Ms. Sussman has more than 33 years experience in theatre production having worked as a stage manager, production coordinator, casting director and prop master.
Vicki started her career while still in high school running props for Burn Brae and later moved on to assistant company manager at Harlequin Dinner Theatres both here and in Atlanta. In NYC she was prop mistress at the Folger Shakespeare Theatre, stage managed several off-off Broadway showcases, managed cabaret singers, worked as a casting director and was personal assistant to Radie Harris, Craig Lucas and the two time Tony Award winning actress--Judith Ivey.
Vicki came to CCTA following 8 years at Olney Theatre where she served as General Manager/Casting Director.Currently Vicki is the production manager at both CCTA and Toby's Dinner Theatre. She spends her summers as a director for the Barrie School Summer Camp where she has directed 12 productions in the last 6 years.
Ms. Rosenberg joined the CCTA staff in February 2003 as part of its effort to reach a broader segment of the community. She is responsible for securing the funding and inkind support from the government, corporations and foundations that allows CCTA to perform free of charge in the underserved communities throughout the Baltimore-Washington, D.C. region, thus fulfilling its mission of educating through the arts. Melissa has worked in the nonprofit sector for the past five years. She hold a Master's degree in nonprofit management from the University of Maryland Univeristy College.
David has been involved in theatre for the past 25 years as a stage manager, sound designer, lighting designer, technical director and performer both locally and in New York.
Mr Munsey has designed costumes for several productions including: Damn Yankees, Annie, The Wizard of Oz, and Alexander's Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day. Onstage, Larry has been seen in dozens of productions at Toby's, on the road in national tours and in New York.
Kirstine M. (Chris) Christiansen
Financial Manager
Ms. Christiansen holds a Vocal/Theatre Performance degree from the School of Music, Wittenberg University, (Springfield, OH). She is a well rounded, multi-talented manager/performer that has worked in just about every aspect of theatre.
Chris has performed (her first love) in over 60 musicals, operas, plays and oratorios from Tokyo to Virginia Beach, sung with five professional bands, and produced/directed over 30 productions. On the tech side she has served as stage manager, props coordinator, scenic designer and sound technician. Chris's teaching credits include two years with Virginia's Governor's School for the Arts teaching performance technique and Classical Repertoire. She has managed her own vocal studio in Ohio and currently teaches for CCTA. Additionally, she is involved in web and multi-media production.
Chris came to CCTA after an 8 year "run" as the managing director of Virginia Musical Theatre (voted the fastest rising theatre in America) located in Virginia Beach, VA. Prior to that she was the general manager for both the Spirit of Washington and the Spirit of Mt Vernon dinner cruise ships in Washington, DC. Chris has also served as Editor-in-Chief for the "Navy Recruiter Magazine", was the Sports Information Liaison for the U.S. Naval Academy, and was a television writer/producer for the Far East Network based in Tokyo, Japan.

Beth served as CCTA’s Director of Camps and Classes for five years before joining the staff full-time in 2006 as its programs director. She is as well-versed as a performer as she is a director/ choreographer. Beth definitely knows what it takes to put on a great show. She has a degree in secondary education and spent three years as a high school drama teacher in the Howard County, MD public school system. Beth currently heads up all CCTA classes, summer camps, The Young Columbians, and the new After School Programs. Her credits include: Annie; Into The Woods; The Wizard of Oz; Godspell; Grease, Peter Pan; Pippin; Bye, Bye Birdie; High School Musical and Joseph and the Technicolor Dreamcoat…to name just a few!
